The Springer Spaniel takes pride in offering a comprehensive menu of traditional favourites and modern dishes, all prepared using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Our fish is landed in the nearby ports of Brixham and Plymouth, while our meats are supplied by Bailey & Sons, an exceptional local butcher in Paignton.

Juliet’s menu favourites include Steak, Mushroom & Ale Pie, Otter Ale Beer-Battered Cod & Chips, and Thai-Style Salmon Fishcakes. Many of our dishes are made and freshly prepared in-house by Juliet.

At the bar, you’ll find a carefully kept selection of ales from Otter and Salcombe breweries, with guest ales from local West Country breweries making regular appearances.

Alongside our range of traditional lagers, Otter Tarka Four has become a firm favourite, with its crisp, refreshing pilsner style proving popular with many of our guests.

Cider lovers are well catered for too, with local favourites from Sandford Orchards and West Country Cider available behind the bar.
